Brand Voice Agency were asked to develop a tone of voice for the brand and then express it through advertising, leaflets and a website.

Tidying the language

Both the design and tone of Ruthless needed to reflect the clarity of purpose the brand offers. We developed a writing style that was short but friendly, informative but succinct. Ultimately, we wanted to communicate the emotional rather than merely practical benefit of decluttering,

Easy navigation

Inspired by Ruthless’s methods, we sorted their services into neat piles from Wardrobe Reorganising to Moving Home, Playroom Organisation to Office & Paperwork. Allowing customers to easily find the service or services they need.

Other materials

The website was supported by a simple A5 leaflet, an ad in local magazines, and social media posts – all using the same tone of voice and key phraseology we had developed for the website. We also created a range of branding materials to ensure Ruthless maintained a memorable and impactful identity
