What do you do?
Brand Voice Agency creates brand identities from a verbal perspective. We uncover an organising idea that informs tone of voice and design.
What even is a brand voice?
It’s a tone, a style and an overall personality that makes you, you.
Why do I need a brand voice?
You already have one because whatever you write or say on behalf of your brand is your brand voice. Our job is to make sure it’s the right one and is consistent across all channels.
Who are you?
We’re a team of senior, seasoned professionals with many years of experience. With us onboard, you get big agency thinking without the big agency overheads.
Can I afford you?
Most probably yes. We rarely turn away a client, and work with a wide range, from large corporates to SMEs and startups. We’re always happy to have a frank and honest chat about your budget and what cost level works for you at the stage you’re at.
What about design? I need design
We’re not just writers, but designers too. Although we begin with brand voice we usually apply that to design including logos, websites, social media, layouts and grids – whatever is needed.
Do you do anything else?
Brand voice is our core service but we tend to find that once clients have hired us to create their personality and tone, they keep us on to apply it in real life.
We write and design a lot of websites, do advertising and get involved in LinkedIn and other social media. Our team includes email experts, SEO specialists, photographers, videographers, …you name it.
We even run training courses so that internal audiences know how to use their new or refreshed brand.
How many members of staff do you have?
Only one: Graham Pugh, our founder. That’s what keeps us flexible and affordable. The rest of the team is assembled to match the project. so our clients don’t pay for anyone other than the senior people focused on their business.
Where are your offices?
We don’t have any. You’re paying for our thinking and work, not real estate.
Are you a voiceover agency for actors who are talented at selling brands with their highly honed and seductive sales voices?
No.
